What Voila framework does?

Voila is a mini php framework. Simple to understand, easy to use, with a routing system from the URL.

The original

Basically, Voila was developed for learning object-oriented php, integrating a database into an application and as an intermediate step in learning Symfony.

It is still possible to find this mini MVC framework with mvcvoila-lite (see below).
